Depending on your business staffing, we can either develop a KPI dashboard for an employee to maintain, or you can outsource the ongoing maintenance to us.  In addition, we can provide a comprehensive consultation to help identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your business. This "SWOT" analysis is often followed by a comprehensive report that includes a project plan with timelines, milestones, and a cost-benefit analysis. Joe Thompson, Founding Partner - Joe has been working with business owners for over 20 years. As a business owner himself, he knows the importance of planning your work, and then working your plan. Joe started off in aerospace as an engineer, so he knows when something isn't rocket science. After getting his master's in business, Joe pivoted to corporate finance, and worked in capital planning, expense and operations analysis, and strategic planning. Joe has experience with companies in retail, insurance, commercial lending, security alarms, systems integration, medical service providers, and non-profits.
